I used to mow LaVerne and Lucille's lawn during my high school and college years. I always came to their house "hungry" as I quickly learned that not only would I be overpaid for the work I did, I would be fed - and fed well. Lucille always "encouraged" me to eat and I dutifully followed her instructions. I mowed that yard for many years and was grateful for the opportunity to get to know Lucille and LaVerne. As I watched them interact with each other and their family, they taught me about work, play, and love of family. I will miss her...

I am "Blessed" to have known Lucille the short time I did. Seems like I knew her forever. God has a way of bringing "Special" people into our lives. Yet, we don't undertand why,but he has a plan and purpose for everyone's life. It wasn't by chance but God's devine intervention. I am very sorry for your loss, and pray God gives you peace. We can rejoice knowing, Lucille is with our Lord and Savior "JESUS Christ"!! I Live you all so much!
