What a kind person and a great teacher she was! Sad to see she has passed- but will always remember her caring and attention. I hope that all students who had her as a teacher- recognize how lucky they were. Bless her

We learn of Eleanor's passing and feel sadness but know that there has been a sweet reunion in heaven with family, friends and the Lord Jesus. We are very grateful for the prayers that Eleanor and her sister prayed for us as we navigated seminary and pastorates with the Evangelical Free Church. We will be praying for God's comfort for Eleanor's family, especially her dear sister, Evelyn.

Eleanor has been a light to others with her life. She has always been a special friend and encourager to our family and she will be missed. Our comfort is in knowing she is with her Savior in His Glory.

Eleanor's hope in God was unwavering! She served her Savior faithfully throughout her life. I remember growing up at Bethany Free Church hearing Eleanor's contralto voice as she sang alongside her sister, Evy, at the piano. I don't remember ever seeing her without a smile. She devoted herself to Bible study, prayer, teaching children, serving others, and worshipping God. Indeed her footsteps are good ones to follow in. See you soon in Glory, Eleanor
