I am so sorry I am unable to attend the services today for your beloved Mom....She was a treasured friend to my mom for so many years....She shared her talents with us by hand making so many things for special occasions....I will treasure them all....Thinking of you all and please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Our heavenly Father is rejoicing right now because he just welcomed home a favored daughter, Arna. I have wonderful memories of the Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners that we as young children partook of there on “Indian Hill”, and what great adventure it was to explore the mysteries of Arna’s basement. It was full of Dallas’s electronics and tools. The boys had toys that we’d never seen before and there were enough games to keep us occupied all day. Then there were the sleepovers. It was so much fun to run up and down those winding stairs. We were scolded more than once by mother for doing so. Arna always made us feel welcome, comfortable, happy and well fed. Arna was and is a blessing to us all.

Arna was the youngest of my Mom's (Wanda's) siblings! I treasure the memories of her and Dallas and the times we went camping together! Dallas gave us our first tent, an old army tent that he had from when he was in the service! It had a screened in porch on it and we used it even after our 2 children came along util it finally started falling apart. Arna was more like a big sister to me than an aunt.' I loved her more than I can say.
