Lois - I am so sad to hear of Lorna's passing. I remember her will from UWL, always so friendly and helpful. "Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her."

Dear Lois, My deepest sympathies to you & the rest of your family. I remember you & Lorna from our high school days. I remember sharing laughs with Sandy Jensen. Now she & Lorna are in heaven together. May God grant you his peace, grace & comfort!!

I had the good fortune to work for Lorna in the business office through work study. She was such a sweet and caring person. Even though we lost touch through the years, she is fondly remembered. Hugs and prayers.

I remember Lorna from my days at Mitchell Hall as a work-study student in the Athletic Department, 1970-74. The Athletics office was just down the hall from the Dean's office, so it was a pleasure to say hello to her as I came to work. Lorna was always so cheerful and helpful. We shared many laughs, especially when I had to make "that long drive from La Crescent" to campus. Reading her name this morning brought a smile to my face as I thought about the little things that people do to make our days enjoyable and complete. Thank you, Lorna, and rest in peace and love.

Lois, I'm very sorry for your loss. Your sister was a very good friend to my mom, Margie, when they were roommates at Hillview. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

God’s peace to Lois and all of Lorna’s friends and family. I will remember Lorna as a God loving woman who was most happy when helping those in need. I always looked for Lorna in the Deans office during my days at UW-L, greeting me with a big smile each time I stopped in. Lorna presented me my first bible and taught me the Lord’s Prayer. She played a big part in my early faith and will surely be missed!
