I have so many fond memories of fun times with all of our Rochester cousins each summer when we were able to visit mom's side of the family. Baz and Noreen were always so welcoming to the Coleman's. Your dad will be missed, he was a wonderful man. Ann Rugowski

Art worked with Cecil and always enjoyed talking with him and working with him. One thing we remember about Cecil was his beautiful cane. Also being King at the credit union annual party. God bless you Cecil.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Cecil Rochester. My dad Clarence Knutson was Cecil's cousin. My grandma would of been Helen Barrett. I remember Cecil from our family picnics at Goose Island and Onalaska park.
