Ray will forever be remembered as a friend that helped me keep my chin up in some difficult times. His sense of humor and appetite for sweet treats and book reading are also some of my favorite memories. I met Ray and JoAnn in 2002 and it felt like I had known them my whole lifetime. We met for years, each week, at Barnes & Noble. We shared laughter, some tears, and great stories. My heart is sad for the loss of this friend of mine but he is with his Lord and Savior and for that I am grateful. Thank you for the good times, laughter, and awesome stories! Until we meet again.

Ray was a great man who cared about the outdoors. He was always a smiling staple in church with JoAnnm, even after he moved from Brice Prairie. Rest in peace.
