Obituary for Ronald James Kelly "Butch"

Ron went home to be with his Savior on Monday, November 6, 2017.
Ron was a United States Army Veteran. He owned Kelly Auto Sales and Bargain Haus for many years. He also worked as a carpenter/contractor in La Crosse and enjoyed flipping residential and commercial properties.
Ron loved singing and playing country music most of his life. Ron also enjoyed playing golf with is son and his classic cars. He loved his little bird, Willy, who was his constant companion. He liked to read the Tribune, Readers Digest and his Bible at church. Above all else Ron loved his family and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia, his son Vince (Roxann) Kelly, and his sister Belle Cox as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Lucille (Willard) Beirne, and brothers, Donald (Alice) Meldenhauer and Charles (Betty) Meldenhauer.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 14th at 11:00 a.m. at Charity Baptist Church, 953 Adams Street, La Crosse. Pastor Vincent Kelly will officiate and burial will be in the Trempealeau Public Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services. The Dickinson Family Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
